BoxLop® envelopes

The special base transforms Boxlop® envelopes into cardboard boxes.

This envelope is a unique alternative to your traditional cardboard box/lid or twist packaging. The sturdy cardboard packaging has the added advantage that your items can be packed more quickly than using traditional methods. This saves you time. As the Boxlop® envelope requires around 50% less space than normal cardboard packaging, you can achieve significant cost savings in storage and shipping.
The Boxlop® envelope is ideal for letterbox packaging and offers you considerable savings on postage costs.

The Boxlop® envelope is ideal for sending mail items from 25 mm to 50 mm. This envelope is very suitable and protects your samples, calendars, ring binders or books during shipping, for example.

The Boxlop® envelope is made from 350 gsm white coated grey cardboard (FSC certified) and is available from stock in three formats. The side gusset has a maximum width of 32 mm. With a fully customised Boxlop® envelope, a side gusset with a width of up to 50 mm is even possible.
The opening is on the long side and can be sealed with the special Tearstrip adhesive strip.

The Boxlop® envelope can be easily printed with your logo, but full-surface printing is also no problem.
