Cutting Our production cycle begins with the cutting of paper and board sheets and for this we have two advanced computer-controlled cutting lines For almost all production orders the sheets are clean cut at right angles on four sides to obtain the correct sheet size. From then on the sheets are suitable for further processing; die-cutting or printing.
Die-cutting The sheets of paper and board are die-cut to create the form of the envelope. For this we have four units, including a fully automated die-cutting robot for standard and bulk production. The remaining three machines can be used to create almost any non-standard format. Die-cutting special designs into the envelope can also be arranged. From 80 gram paper to 350 gram board.
Creasing and perforating Extra creases can be introduced into an envelope or file folder to make it easier to use or close. A perforation in the flap in the form of a tear strip enables quick and problem-free opening, particularly with board envelopes. With perforations in the board or paper you can, for example, include a response card in your envelope; an effective marketing instrument.
Windows All envelopes can be furnished with a window in matt or transparent film. Many window formats are available from stock. We can position the window almost anywhere you would like to have it. Non-standard windows offer great freedom. In this way you can reveal your company logo or emphasise a detail or part of it. Non-standard window designs are also suitable for direct mail envelopes.
Production We have nine universal envelope machines to handle our production. Quick change-over times and our long experience mean that we can also efficiently handle smaller runs - from 1000 pieces - with remarkably low set-up waste percentages. The relatively high speed of production means quick delivery times. Each machine can be used to produce at least two products in almost any non-standard format. From sheet to end product: all our envelopes are manufactured with optimum precision on an integrated production line.
